Traditional Clothing
|
Modern Mexican clothing does not differ very much from the clothes we use every day, thanks for globalization. But traditional Mexican clothing combines native and European basics. The most wide spread fibers among the Mexicans are cotton, bark and agave (which were known and used by native Mexicans), as well as wool and silk (introduced by the Spanish later). Some traditional clothing, worn for celebrations and special occasions(nowadays), include sombreros and the charro suits worn by Mariachi bands.
